Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- vanilla - 1/2 tsp
- milk - 1/4 c
- pinch of salt - 1 item
- egg - 1 item
- margarine - 3 Tbsp
- Bisquick
- mincemeat
- water or 1 1/2 Tbsp - 1 Tbsp
- Mix all ingredients, except mincemeat, well
How to make mincemeat cookie bars:
Heat oven to 375°. Mix all ingredients, except mincemeat, well. Pat half of dough into 9 x 13 x 2-inch greased pan. Spread on mincemeat to within 1/2-inch of edges. Pat remaining dough to same size on wax paper. Invert over mincemeat and pull off paper. Bake for 30 minutes. If desired, glaze.
