Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 3 c
• milk - 3/4 c
• vanilla extract - 1 tsp
• almond extract - 1 tsp
• all-purpose flour - 4 c
• soft butter - 1 lb
• eggs at room temperature - 6 item

How to make million dollar pound cake:

Combine sugar and butter and cream until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, beating real good after each one. Add flavorings. Add flour alternately with milk, ending with flour. Bake at 300° for 1 hour and 40 minutes or until tested done with a wooden pick. This makes a big cake so use a big tube pan.
