Microwave caramel corn



  • stick margarine - 1 item
  • brown sugar - 1 c
  • soda - 1 tsp
  • light corn syrup - 1/4 c
  • Pam cooking spray - 1 item
  • popped corn about 1 1/4 c - 4 qt

How to make microwave caramel corn:

You will need 1 brown paper grocery bag.

Combine syrup, sugar and margarine in 4 cup measure. Cook until boiling (3 1/2 minutes) at Full power. Spray bag with Pam and put popped corn into bag. Add soda to syrup and stir well. Pour over corn. Close bag and shake well. Cook Full power 1 1/2 minutes. Shake. Cook Full power 1 1/2 minutes. Shake. Cook 30 seconds. Shake. Cook 30 seconds. Shake. Pour on cookie sheet to cool. Store in plastic containers.
