- salt - 1/2 tsp
- stick margarine - 1 item
- brown sugar - 1 c
- soda - 1/2 tsp
- light corn syrup - 1/4 c
- popped corn - 3 4
How to make microwave caramel corn:
Use 1 1/2-quart casserole dish. Combine first four ingredients. Place in microwave and bring to a boil, about 1 minute and 45 seconds. Continue to boil 2 minutes on High. Remove and stir in soda. Place corn in grocery bag. Pour syrup over corn.Recipe categories: Desserts, Microwave, Candy.
