Ingredients/Components
- oil - 2 Tbsp
- clove garlic, minced - 1 item
- chicken broth
- onion - 1/2 c
- rice
- green pepper - 1/2 c
- dash of Tabasco - 1 item
- mild salsa chunky style - 1/2 c
How to make mexican rice:
Saute rice, onion, pepper and garlic in oil until browned. Stir in chicken broth, salsa and Tabasco. Bring to boil. Cover, reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Cheese, Rice.
