How to make mexican party dip:

On Top: grated cheese tomato onion peppers olives corn chips for dipping Beat until fluffy cream cheese and cottage cheese, then add taco seasoning. Spread out on a flat round serving platter. Then prepare garnishes by chopping into small pieces and arranging on the top of the cheese mixture. Slicing some of the peppers into rings and just laying them on top looks very nice. Then place corn chips in a serving bowl and serve. (Recipe can be doubled).
