Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1/4 tsp
- pkg - 3 oz
- flour - 1 c
- brown sugar
- pinch of salt - 1 item
- melted butter - 2 Tbsp
- stick butter - 1 item
- finely chopped pecans - 1 item
How to make pecan cups:
For pastry: Cream butter and add cream cheese; cream together. Stir in flour. Press into mini muffin pans (like pizza dough). Add a little chopped pecans to the bottom of each cup.In separate bowl, mix brown sugar, eggs, butter, vanilla and salt. Pour into tins. Add pecans to top. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Makes 24.
