Mexican lasagna
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- pkg - 10 oz
- sour cream - 1 c
- water - 4 Tbsp
- chili powder - 1/2 tsp
- chopped onions - 3/4 c
- cans tomato sauce - 2 oz
- hamburger - 1 lb
- green pepper - 1/2 c
- corn chips - 4 c
- taco mix - 1 pkg
How to make mexican lasagna:
Brown hamburger, onion and green pepper. Drain and add tomato sauce, taco mix, water and chili powder. Simmer for 5 minutes. In separate bowl, mix sour cream and eggs. Layer in pan alternating meat mixture, sour cream mixture, cheese and chips. Put remaining cheese on top. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Lasagna.
