Ingredients/Components

  • plain low-fat yogurt - 1/2 c
  • chopped celery - 1/2 c
  • chopped onions - 1/2 c
  • grated cheese - 4 oz
  • tomato sauce - 1/2 c
  • chopped green peppers - 1/2 c
  • saltine crackers, crumbled - 12 item
  • and 2 tsp - 2 Tbsp
  • white corn - 1 c
  • French-style green beans canned

How to make vegetable casserole:

Preheat oven to 350°. Drain vegetables, mix with cheese and yogurt. Place in medium casserole dish that is sprayed with Pam. Combine cracker crumbs with melted margarine. Sprinkle on top of vegetables. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes.
