- water - 2 c
- chili powder - 1 tsp
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- fat - 1/2 c
- green pepper, chopped - 1 item
- chicken, cut up - 3 lb
- rice - 3/4 c
- tomatoes - 1 c
How to make mexican fried chicken:
