Ingredients/Components
- Velveeta cheese - 2 lb
- can Ro-Tel tomatoes - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- hamburger - 1 lb
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- sausage - 1 lb
How to make mexican dip:
Brown meat with chopped onion. Stir in soup and tomatoes. Add cheese, a little at a time, until it melts. Serve with Fritos or Doritos corn chips. Makes a large amount and recipe can be cut down.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Appetizers, Dips.
