Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 tsp
- eggs - 3 item
- flour - 1/4 c
- oil - 2/3 c
- buttermilk - 1 c
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- chopped bell pepper - 1 item
- can creamed corn - 1 item
- hot pepper - 1 Tbsp
- cornmeal self-rising
How to make mexican corn bread:
Mix everything well, but cheese. Pour 1/2 into greased pan. Cover with shredded cheese. Pour remainder of batter over cheese. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.Recipe categories: < 4 hours, Breads, Mexican.
