Ingredients/Components
- oil - 1/4 c
- medium tomatoes - 2 item
- frozen corn - 3 c
- small onion - 1 item
- salt and black pepper - 1 item
- small cloves garlic - 3 item
How to make mexican corn:
Chop tomatoes, onion and garlic. Saute over medium heat until cooked. Add corn and mix. Add salt and black pepper to taste. Simmer for 15 minutes on low heat.Recipe categories: Side dish, Vegetables, Corn.
