Ingredients/Components

  • salt - 1 tsp
  • oregano - 1/2 tsp
  • basil - 1 tsp
  • onion, chopped - 1 item
  • corn tortillas - 12 item
  • broth - 1 c
  • garlic - 1/8 tsp
  • cheese, grated - 10 oz
  • cans cream of mushroom soup - 2 item
  • jar pimientos - 1 item
  • chopped chilies - 4 oz
  • small can sliced olives - 1 item
  • boiled chicken or turkey - 4 lb

How to make mexican chicken casserole:

Chop chicken and put in 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Tear tortillas and layer on chicken. Mix other ingredients together and pour over meat and tortillas. Put cheese on top. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.
