Mexican chicken casserole
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- oregano - 1/2 tsp
- basil - 1 tsp
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- corn tortillas - 12 item
- broth - 1 c
- garlic - 1/8 tsp
- cheese, grated - 10 oz
- cans cream of mushroom soup - 2 item
- jar pimientos - 1 item
- chopped chilies - 4 oz
- small can sliced olives - 1 item
- boiled chicken or turkey - 4 lb
How to make mexican chicken casserole:
Chop chicken and put in 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Tear tortillas and layer on chicken. Mix other ingredients together and pour over meat and tortillas. Put cheese on top. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Chicken breast.
