- chili powder - 1 tsp
- cans cream of chicken soup - 2 item
- cumin - 1/8 tsp
- Cheddar cheese - 1/2 lb
- Monterey Jack cheese - 3/4 lb
- small can green chilies - 1 item
- chicken breasts, gently parboiled - 4 item
How to make mexican chicken:
Lay chicken breasts in baking dish. Mix remaining ingredients; pour over chicken. Bake for 45 minutes at 325°. Excellent served over hot rice, using sauce as gravy!Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, One Dish meal.
