Mexican casserole
Ingredients/Components
- chili powder - 3/4 Tbsp
- chopped onions - 3/4 c
- salt to taste - 1 item
- can tomatoes - 1 item
- ground chuck - 2 lb
- cooked macaroni - 2 c
- chili beans - 2 c
- beef gravy or bouillon - 2 c
How to make mexican casserole:
In skillet, brown ground chuck. Then add the remaining ingredients. Pour in casserole dish and bake at 400° for 25 minutes.This can be cooked ahead of time, refrigerated and then warmed in microwave for evening meal. You can sprinkle Cheddar cheese before warming.
