Ingredients/Components

  • chili powder - 3/4 Tbsp
  • chopped onions - 3/4 c
  • salt to taste - 1 item
  • can tomatoes - 1 item
  • ground chuck - 2 lb
  • cooked macaroni - 2 c
  • chili beans - 2 c
  • beef gravy or bouillon - 2 c

How to make mexican casserole:

In skillet, brown ground chuck. Then add the remaining ingredients. Pour in casserole dish and bake at 400° for 25 minutes.

This can be cooked ahead of time, refrigerated and then warmed in microwave for evening meal. You can sprinkle Cheddar cheese before warming.
