Ingredients/Components
- grated cheese - 1 item
- ground beef - 1 lb
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- can mushroom soup - 1 item
- can enchilada sauce - 1 1/2
- can chilies - 1 item
- frozen corn tortillas - 12 item
How to make mexican casserole:
Dip tortillas in enchilada sauce. Make a layer in flat dish. Brown beef; season to taste. Add chilies and mushroom soup; mix well. Spread 1/3 of meat mixture over tortillas. Sprinkle with 1/3 of onion and grated cheese. Repeat layers. Bake at 350° until heated.Note: A package of enchilada sauce mix, mix as directed, may be substituted for canned sauce.
