  • grated cheese - 1 item
  • ground beef - 1 lb
  • onion, chopped - 1 item
  • can mushroom soup - 1 item
  • can enchilada sauce - 1 1/2
  • can chilies - 1 item
  • frozen corn tortillas - 12 item

How to make mexican casserole:

Dip tortillas in enchilada sauce. Make a layer in flat dish. Brown beef; season to taste. Add chilies and mushroom soup; mix well. Spread 1/3 of meat mixture over tortillas. Sprinkle with 1/3 of onion and grated cheese. Repeat layers. Bake at 350° until heated.

Note: A package of enchilada sauce mix, mix as directed, may be substituted for canned sauce.
