- can tomato soup - 1 item
- buttered bread crumbs - 1 item
- slices bacon - 4 item
- large onion - 1 item
- frozen lima beans - 2 pkg
How to make lima bean casserole:
Fry bacon until crisp. Brown onion in bacon drippings. Cook lima beans according to the directions and drain. Mix these ingredients and stir in the tomato soup.Pour into a 1 1/2-quart casserole. Sprinkle with buttered bread crumbs. Bake in a 375° oven for about 30 minutes or until crumbs are browned. Serves 6.
