Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- milk - 2 c
- flour - 1/4 c
- stick margarine - 1 item
- chopped celery - 3/4 c
- chopped carrots - 1/2 c
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- chopped green bell peppers - 3/4 c
- pimientos - 1/2 c
- American processed cheese, grated - 1 lb
How to make potato casserole:
Saute pepper and celery in margarine. Add flour, soup and milk. Mix well. Add carrots and pimientos. Spread potatoes in long baking dish and pour mixture over them. Add 3/4 of the cheese. Cook 25 minutes at 400°, then add remainder of cheese onRecipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Casseroles.
