Ingredients/Components
- garlic salt - 1 item
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- ground meat - 2 lb
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- grated Cheddar cheese - 2 c
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- can enchilada sauce - 1 item
- can taco sauce - 1 item
- tortillas, stripped - 12 item
How to make mexican casserole:
Brown meat and onions. Add soups, sauce and touch of garlic and simmer. Line large casserole with tortillas. Add meat mixture. Layer twice and top with cheese. Bake 30 minutes at 250°. Can be made into 2 casseroles, freezing one for later.Recipe categories: Casseroles, North american, Mexican.
