Ingredients/Components
- egg - 1 item
- bread crumbs - 1/2 c
- crushed Ritz crackers - 1/2 c
- can mushroom soup - 1 item
- cooked squash - 2 cans
- minced onion, chopped fine - 1/2 c
How to make squash casserole:
Mix squash, onions, bread crumbs and mushroom soup. Beat egg and fold into mixture. Pour into greased 2-quart flat casserole dish. Spread cracker crumbs over top; dot with margarine. Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
