- ground beef - 3 lb
- onions, chopped - 2 item
- cans Ranch Style beans - 2 item
- cans Ro-Tel tomatoes - 2 item
- cans cream of chicken soup - 2 item
- soft corn tortillas
- sharp English cheese - 2 lb
- pepper - 1 item
- garlic powder - 1 item
- paprika - 1 item
How to make mexican casserole:
Brown meat and onions; pour off any excess grease. Add beans, tomatoes and soup. Layer in a large casserole dish the soft tortillas, then meat mixture, then grated cheese. Do another 3 layers, ending with a lot of cheese. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake in 350° oven until bubbly, about 35 minutes.
