Ingredients/Components
- frozen hash browns - 1 item
- sausage - 1 lb
- stick oleo or butter - 1 item
- half and half or canned milk - 1 pt
- melted Velveeta cheese - 3/4 lb
- or 7 eggs - 6 item
How to make breakfast casserole:
Brown the sausage. Beat the eggs and combine with hash browns. Mix together melted butter, milk and cheese. Place all in a baking dish and top with Cheddar cheese. Bake at 350° for 45 to 60 minutes.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Casseroles, One Dish meal.
