Ingredients/Components
- ground beef - 1 lb
- taco seasoning - 1 pkg
- can creamed corn - 1 item
- can kidney beans - 1 item
- bag corn chips - 1 item
- cheese, shredded
How to make taco casserole:
Brown hamburger and drain. Mix taco seasoning, corn and beans with juice into hamburger. Crumble chips in bottom of long casserole dish. Pour meat mixture over chips and bake at 325° for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and heat until cheese is melted. Serves 4 to 6.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Ground beef.
