Pepperoni pasta
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- vegetable oil - 1/4 c
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1 item
- cloves garlic, minced - 2 item
- pepperoni, sliced - 1/2 lb
- spaghetti noodles - 1 lb
- can tomatoes - 1 oz
- large onion, sliced - 1 item
- medium green peppers, sliced - 2 item
- oregano leaf, crumbled - 1 tsp
How to make pepperoni pasta:
Cook pasta. Heat oil over medium heat, add onion, garlic, pepperoni and peppers and cook 5 minutes. Add tomatoes, oregano and salt; cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Uncover during the last minute to thicken sauce. Drain pasta and serve with sauce. Sprinkle with cheese.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, One Dish meal.
