Ingredients/Components
- ground meat
- cloves garlic, chopped - 3 item
- large onion, chopped - 1 item
- can whole tomatoes - 1 item
- bell pepper, chopped - 1 item
- ribs celery, chopped - 3 item
- Chili-O mix - 1 pkg
- can red beans - 1 item
How to make mexican casserole:
Brown meat. Add seasoning and Chili-O mix. Then add tomatoes and beans. Salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for 15 minutes. Pour into casserole dish and top with Fritos and grated cheese. Bake at 350° for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.Recipe categories: Casseroles, North american, Mexican.
