Cheesy potato casserole
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/2 c
- sour cream - 1 pt
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 2 c
- cream of chicken soup - 1 c
- + 2 Tbsp - 1/2 c
- hash brown potatoes - 32 oz
- crushed cornflake crumbs - 1 c
How to make cheesy potato casserole:
Melt 1/2 cup butter and fill bottom of 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Add half of potatoes. Combine soup, sour cream and milk; pour half of mixture over potatoes. Layer 1 cup cheese. Top with remainder of potatoes and soup mixture. Top with 1 cup cheese and cornflake crumbs. Add 2 tablespoons melted butter.
