Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- melted butter - 2 Tbsp
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- crushed Ritz crackers - 1 c
- to 6 chicken breasts - 4 item
How to make chicken casserole:
Cooking Time: 40 minutes. Temperature: 350°.Boil and debone chicken. Mix together chicken, sour cream, soup, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Place in a greased casserole dish. Melt butter and add crushed Ritz. Sprinkle on top of chicken mixture. Bake for 40 minutes at 350°.
