- salt - 1 item
- 8 oz
- pepper - 1 item
- salsa - 1 item
- can Mexican style corn, drained - 1 oz
- lean ground beef or turkey
How to make mexican beef and rice:
Prepare Rice-A-Roni as package directs. Stir in corn during last 5 minutes of cooking. Shape meat into six 1/2-inch thick patties.In lightly greased skillet, cook meat over medium heat, about 4 minutes on each side. Season with salt and pepper. Top rice with meat, salsa and sour cream.
