Ingredients/Components
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- shredded sharp cheese - 1/4 c
- can yellow hominy, drained - 1 oz
- cans tamales - 2 1/2
- small can Vienna sausages, cut into thirds - 1 item
How to make mexicali casserole:
Remove wrappers from tamales and cut into thirds. Combine tamales, hominy, sausages and soup. Turn into a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish. Bake, uncovered, in a 350° oven for 30 to 40 minutes.
