Ingredients/Components
- chili powder - 1/4 1/2
- can tomato sauce - 1 oz
- shredded lettuce - 1 item
- ground beef - 1/2 1
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 item
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- taco seasoning mix - 1 pkg
- shredded cheese - 2 Tbsp
- flour or corn tortillas - 1 item
- can mashed refried beans - 1 item
- Sour Cream Topping follows - 1 item
- In no-stick skillet, warm beans, tomato sauce and chili powder
How to make mexi-dip:
Cook ground beef; drain and set aside. In no-stick skillet, warm beans, tomato sauce and chili powder. Add cooked beef and heat until hot throughout. Pour this mixture out onto an ungreased pie plate or Corning Ware. Top with Sour Cream Topping, shredded lettuce and cheese.
