Chicken with orange sauce
Ingredients/Components
- oil - 3 Tbsp
- ginger - 1/2 tsp
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- honey - 1/2 c
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- salt optional - 1/2 tsp
- can frozen orange juice - 1 oz
- chicken stock - 1/2 c
- chicken breast halves, skin off - 6 item
How to make chicken with orange sauce:
Spray pan with Pam. Season chicken breast with salt, ginger and pepper; place in pan (9 x 11-inch) and set aside. Combine the chicken stock, orange juice, honey and lemon juice and bring to boil, thicken slightly with 1 tablespoon cornstarch. Spoon sauce over and under chicken. Cover with foil. Bake at 350° until tender, turning once (45 to 55 minutes). Serve over rice pilaf.
