- Sugar - 3/4 c
- Egg Whites - 3 item
- Chopped Walnuts - 1 c
How to make meringue cookies:
Preheat the oven to 375°.Beat the egg whites. When stiff add the sugar. Beat a little longer. Add the chocolate chips and walnuts. Grease your cookie sheets and drop the cookies on by teaspoonfuls. Place into the oven and turn the oven off. Cookies are done when the oven is cooled.
