Ingredients/Components
- flour - 1 c
- cornstarch - 2 Tbsp
- flaked coconut
- margarine, softened - 1 c
- unsifted powdered sugar - 1/2 c
How to make melting moments:
Mix flour, cornstarch and sugar in a bowl. Blend in margarine to form dough. Cover and chill until dough is firm enough to handle. Shape into small balls about 3/4-inch thick. Roll in coconut and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten with fork. Bake at 300° for 20 to 25 minutes or until lightly browned. Makes 3 dozen.Recipe categories: Desserts, Candy, Kid Friendly.
