Ingredients/Components
- ground sirloin - 1 lb
- sausage - 1 lb
- Vidalia sweet onions - 3 item
- Italian seasonings - 1 item
- bay leaves - 1 item
- garlic powder - 1 item
- slices old bread - 7 item
- rigatoni noodles - 1 item
- egg - 1 item
- Mozzarella, shredded or fresh Parmesan cheese - 1 item
How to make meatballs:
Mix beef, sausage, bread and egg. Add onions, Italian seasonings and garlic powder. Mix well. Roll into golf ball size balls. Pour tomato sauce into deep pan; add bay leaf or two. Add meatballs and cook for 2 hours. Serve over noodles. Sprinkle with cheese.Recipe categories: Main dish, Ground beef, Beef.
