Grilled pork loin
Ingredients/Components
- onion soup mix - 1 item
- chicken bouillon cube - 1 item
- pork loin - 1 item
How to make grilled pork loin:
Cut pork long 1 1/2 to 2-inches thick. Mix onion soup with 2 cups of water. Add one chicken bouillon cube. Marinate pork loins in onion soup mixture overnight.Next day, start grill heat to 400°. Remove pork and place on grill, pour some soup mixture on pork and sprinkle with seasoning salt. Grill for 20 minutes. Turn over. Do the same on other side.
Note: You can do steak the same way, but use a beef bouillon cube.
