  • milk - 3/4 c
  • salt - 2 tsp
  • brown sugar - 3 Tbsp
  • eggs, well beaten - 2 item
  • pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • Worcestershire sauce - 2 Tbsp
  • mustard - 1 Tbsp
  • ground beef - 3 lb
  • ground sage - 1 tsp
  • medium onions - 2 item
  • poultry seasoning - 1 tsp
  • celery salt - 2 tsp
  • green pepper - 1 item
  • Add to other ingredients
  • ground lemon or orange - 1 tsp
  • slices bread, edges cut off - 6 item

How to make meat loaf:

Mix all seasonings. Add to other ingredients. Put in greased bread pan. Bake at 350° for 1 1/4 hours.Sauce:14 oz. ketchup3 Tbsp. brown sugar3 Tbsp. mustard Mix and bring to a boil; serve meat loaf with sauce on top.
