Ingredients/Components

  • salt - 1 tsp
  • oatmeal - 1 c
  • pepper - 1 tsp
  • chopped celery - 1/2 c
  • can tomato sauce - 1 oz
  • chopped green pepper - 1/2 c
  • ground beef
  • Accent - 1 tsp
  • eggs, beaten well - 2 item
  • crushed onions - 3 item

How to make meat loaf:

Mix all ingredients well. Place in loaf pan. Cover top lightly with catsup. Bake in 350° oven for 2 1/2 hours.
