Ingredients/Components
- flour - 1 item
- egg - 1 item
- dash of salt and pepper - 1 item
- hamburger - 1 lb
- can water - 1 item
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- rice - 3 Tbsp
- can mushroom soup - 1 item
- enough milk to make the mixture soft - 1 item
How to make meat balls:
Mix hamburger, eggs, rice, onion, salt, pepper and milk. Make into balls. Makes about 25 balls. Roll in flour, brown in skillet and pour off grease. Pour the cream of mushroom soup and water over the meat balls and simmer for 1 hour.Recipe categories: Main dish, Ground beef, Beef.
