Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- prepared mustard - 1/2 tsp
- ground beef - 1 lb
- chili sauce - 1/3 c
- canned biscuits - 1 item
How to make meat muffins:
Roll out canned biscuits to make a rectangle, 12 x 9 x 1/2-inch, cut into squares.Combine chili sauce, mustard, salt and meat. Mix well. Set each square of dough into a greased muffin cup so that the corners stick out. Spoon meat mixture into each muffin square. Bake in a preheated 425° oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown and meat is done.
Makes 6 servings, 2 muffins each. Serve with creamed potatoes, cole slaw, canned or fresh fruit.
