  • vinegar - 1/4 c
  • Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
  • mayonnaise - 1 c
  • minced onion - 2 Tbsp
  • pickle juice - 2 Tbsp
  • cooked chicken, diced - 2 c
  • pickle relish - 1/4 c
  • hard-boiled eggs - 4 item
  • head lettuce - 1 item
  • ham, diced - 2 c
  • slices Swiss cheese, diced - 3 item
  • Add to lettuce the chicken, ham and cheese; mix well

How to make maurice salad:

Cut up lettuce. Add to lettuce the chicken, ham and cheese; mix well.Dressing:1/2 c. vegetable oil1 c. mayonnaise2 Tbsp. pickle juice1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce2 Tbsp. minced onion1/4 c. pickle relish1/4 c. vinegar4 hard-boiled eggs Blend together first 5 ingredients; add eggs, onion and relish. Pour over the lettuce, chicken, ham and cheese. Mix well. Serve with hot rolls.
