  • pkg - 1 oz
  • milk - 1/2 c
  • sour cream - 1/2 c
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • butter or margarine, melted - 1/4 c
  • eggs, well beaten - 2 item
  • chopped onion - 1/3 c
  • large potatoes, cooked and mashed - 12 item

How to make mashed potato casserole:

To the mashed potatoes, add the remaining ingredients. Mix well. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. This recipe can be assembled the night before and baked the day of. If the dish has been refrigerated, remove about 1 hour before baking. Serves 10 to 14.
