Ingredients/Components
- Salt - 1 tsp
- Potatoes - 10 item
- Sour Cream - 1 c
- Pepper - 1/4 tsp
- Butter - 1/2 c
- Cottage Cheese - 1 c
- Grated Parmesan Cheese - 1/4 c
- Grated Onion - 1 tsp
How to make mashed potato casserole:
Cook and mash potatoes. Add sour cream, cottage cheese, onion, butter, salt and pepper. Mix well. Place in casserole dish. Sprinkle parmesan on top. Bake at 325° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Potato, Main dish, Casseroles.
