- small jar peanut butter - 1 item
- cooked and cooled potatoes - 1 c
- bag powder sugar - 1 item
How to make potato candy:
Take cold potato and mash. Mix with powder sugar until stiff. Then roll it out. Spread with peanut butter. Sprinkle with a little powder sugar. Roll up and put in refrigerator to chill.Recipe categories: Desserts, Candy, Potato.
