Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- mashed potatoes approximately 8 potatoes - 4 c
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- finely chopped onion - 1/3 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- dash of pepper - 1 item
How to make mashed potato casserole:
Combine potatoes (mashed as usual) with cream cheese and mix well. Add remaining ingredients and place in casserole dish. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Sprinkle with paprika.Recipe categories: Potato, Main dish, Casseroles.
