Ingredients/Components
- cream cheese - 6 oz
- milk - 1 item
- sour cream - 1 c
- salt - 1 item
- margarine - 1 item
- pepper - 1 item
- onion salt - 2 tsp
- large potatoes - 9 item
How to make mashed potato casserole:
Cook and mash potatoes as usual with small amount of milk. Add all rest of ingredients; blend into potatoes. May be made day before using. Store in refrigerator overnight. Bake at 450° for 45 minutes to an hour.Recipe categories: Potato, Main dish, Casseroles.
