  • milk - 1 item
  • sour cream - 1 c
  • salt - 1 item
  • margarine - 1 item
  • pepper - 1 item
  • onion salt - 2 tsp
  • large potatoes - 9 item

How to make mashed potato casserole:

Cook and mash potatoes as usual with small amount of milk. Add all rest of ingredients; blend into potatoes. May be made day before using. Store in refrigerator overnight. Bake at 450° for 45 minutes to an hour.
