Marshmallow creme
Ingredients/Components
- cold water - 1/4 c
- boiling water - 3/4 c
- egg whites - 3 item
- envelopes unflavored gelatin - 3 item
- granulated fructose - 3 Tbsp
- white vanilla extract - 1 tsp
How to make marshmallow creme:
Sprinkle gelatin over cold water in a mixing bowl; set aside 5 minutes to soften. Add to boiling water in saucepan, cook and stir until gelatin is dissolved. Remove from heat. Cool to consistency of thick syrup. Add sugar replacement and vanilla, stirring to blend.Beat egg whites into soft peaks. Very slowly trickle a small stream of gelatin mix into egg whites, beating until all of gelatin mix is blended. Continue beating until light and fluffy. Pour into prepared pan.
Yield: 1 1/2 cups. Fat: 0 grams.
