- sugar - 1/2 c
- water - 1/4 c
- egg white - 1 item
- marshmallows - 12 item
How to make marshmallow creme:
Boil sugar and water to a thin syrup. Press 12 marshmallows into the syrup, but do not stir. Beat 1 egg white (thick) and when marshmallows are melted, beat into the egg white.Recipe categories: Condiments, etc., North american, Copycat.
