Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- oil - 1/2 c
- dash of salt - 1 item
- 5 oz
- onion, chopped - 1 c
- green pepper, chopped - 1 item
- celery, chopped - 1 c
- can French green beans - 1 oz
- can white Shoe Peg corn - 1 item
- can sweet peas - 1 oz
- Refrigerate
- diced carrots boil until tender - 1 c
How to make marinated vegetables:
Bring dressing ingredients to a boil and pour over drained vegetables. Refrigerate.Diabetic Version: Use 5 packets artificial sweetener instead of sugar in the dressing.Dressing:3/4 c. vinegar1 c. sugar1/2 c. oil dash of salt
