  • vegetable oil - 1/2 c
  • vinegar - 1/2 c
  • celery, chopped - 1 c
  • bell pepper, chopped - 1/2 item
  • small jar pimento - 1 item
  • green onion, chopped - 1/2 c
  • cans sauerkraut, drained - 2 item

How to make sauerkraut salad:

Mix all ingredients together and chill. Very good with fried fish.
